5 Glam New Year’s Resolutions for 2019

If you want to get glam in the New Year, you need to make some New Year’s Resolutions for 2019. When you think glam, you think of people that always look good and are always doing awesome stuff, right? Well, in order to look glam, fit in glam clothes, and to maximize your potential to also do cool stuff, you need to get fit! Set some exercise goals. It’s important to get and to stay physically active. Being fit allows you to give more of yourself to not only your career goals but it also allows you to give more to those around you while having the energy to always look glam. Your New Year’s Resolutions for 2019

Your New Year’s Resolutions for 2019 don’t have to be impossible. Getting fit can just be part of your resolution. You can also upgrade your beauty routine! You’ll want to start by getting enough beauty sleep. You should get at least seven to eight hours of beauty sleep every night to be able to stay focused and efficient throughout the day. Getting enough rest also helps with weight loss and wrinkle prevention! Also, say goodbye to puffy morning eyes!

Simply washing your face can also do wonders for your beauty routine, so if you do not do it already make sure to wash your face at least twice a day. Don’t forget to exfoliate the dead skin cells away as well so that when you use your favorite beauty products, they will be able to get absorbed into your skin and work their magic. One wash in the morning and one wash at night.

Take Care of You in 2019!

Take better care of your hair. Hair often gets neglected. I know that’s true for me, I spend an hour doing my makeup and about 15-30 min. doing my hair. This will be on my priority list this year for sure! Every time you use hair care products such as hairspray and hot tools, your hair takes a beating. Be sure to give back and don’t be afraid to try out new things. If your hair is dry, try switching to a new hair care products even if it costs more than what you use now (it makes a difference). If your hair is healthy, you will be spending less on other products to try to replenish your locks so you will be saving money in the end.

Another one of your New Year’s Resolutions should be to treat your nails right. Get a manicure and keep your cuticles clean and take the time to push them back. Take a few minutes to paint them and don’t let them chip.

It really doesn’t take much to get glam and to incorporate good habits into your beauty routine. Setting New Year’s Resolutions for 2019 will help to keep you on track and will help you to hold yourself accountable. Happy Glam New Year!
