Oh, no, no, no… Lindsay Lohan Arrested…Again?

Lindsay Lohan was arrested at Club Avenue at 4 AM this morning in Manhattan. Local law enforcement said that she was arrested for allegedly punching a woman in a New York City nightclub.

While at Club Avenue she found herself in an argument with another female. They were apparently sitting in separate booths near each other when words were exchanged. People near by said that Lindsay told the woman to give her space, and then soon there after it became physical. Lindsay allegedly punched the girl on the left side of her face.

Lohan was banned from Club Avenue earlier this year after an incident occurred when she tweeted about Justin Timberlake, according to MTV News.

Once cops arrived at the scene, Lindsay had left the club and was a passenger in a car that was leaving the area.  Cops intercepted the car and made the arrest. While Lohan was in hand cuffs, she kept repeating, “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” Lindsay was booked for a 3rd degree misdemeanor assault, given a desk appearance ticket, and then released several hours later. Lindsay has had a bad week after her latest work, a Lifetime movie, ‘Liz & Dick’, was labeled a flop after low audience figures during it’s debut.

She has already violated her probation and is soon to be charged with lying to cops back in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway.  She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving. And, if Lindsay is formally charged with this latest crime, it could trigger yet another probation violation and the conditions of her informal probation include facing jail time if she is arrested again
