In 2006, woman everywhere were blessed with the movie, Step Up. Why blessed? Channing Tatum. How could the leading lady/ love interest in the movie not fall for him? Jenna Dewan played the lucky lady.The two actors began dating shortly after Step Up finished filming.

That film not only jump started their careers as celebrities but also jump started their genuine love affair! Channing Tatum proposed in early September 2008 in Maui,Hawaii with a Neil Lane engagement ring.

On July 11, 2009, they wed. Channing 29, was dressed in Giorgio Armani and Jenna 28, was dressed in a Reem Acra gown. They were married at a private estate overlooking the ocean. The ceremony took place under pepper trees filled with white and blush florals. Their fantasy-fairy themed wedding was complete with winged flower girls, a castle-shaped cake and crystal keepsakes for the guests. The outdoor ceremony was followed by a sit-down reception in a tent, decorated by Mark’s Garden with thousands of flowers. The couple enjoyed their first dance to Hawaiian artist Israel “Iz” Ka’ano’i Kamakawiwo’ole’s version of “Somewhere over the Rainbow.”

As if the couple wasn’t busy enough with both actors having many projects going on, this month, the couple announced that they are expecting their first child! Tatum has at least four movies in the works while Dewan-Tatum appears on this season of “American Horror Story: Asylum” and has a TV movie called “She Made Them Do It” premiering December 29 on Lifetime.
